Rocky, Mr. Grey, Toffy and Mojito live with us. In summer they’re outside in their enclosure, in winter they move into the house. A few weeks ago it was time for the move to winter quarters again, and since then I feel like I walk past them about thirty times a day.

To be honest, for a long time I thought all of it was nonsense. Coaching, personal growth, books with exercises you fill in. I run a business. I figured whatever you need to know, you learn by doing, and the rest is touchy-feely stuff for people with too much time on their hands.
